I have been interested in fashion ever since my life as an early teenager and how you were only classed as cool if you had the latest perm worn with Dr Martin Boots. Yes a very scary thought now! It sounds so very fickle but any women will know how fabulous it feels to look fabulous!
Now I would love nothing more than to hit the Kings Road in London or Rodeo Drive in L.A. and shop till I drop! I have actually done it once and the only thing that dropped was my bank managers jaw (it was not a pleasant meeting!). To be fair I did spend $7000 in one day on 5 credit cards so he had his right to be cross with me! It also took me several years to pay it back! Not my best move especially as the outfits I bought only remained in fashion for several months. I did however by some fabulous Gucci sunglasses which lasted me 3 years! And a Louis Vuitton Handbag I still use now. This got me thinking. Designer Handbags and Designer Sunglasses are not really a luxury but an investment. How many bags and sunglasses do you have or get through a year? Surely its better to have quality which will last a few years and unlike my pink cowboy boots will not fade into the fashion disaster drawer.
So my advice to anyone wanting to look and feel fabulous but without the fabulous bank account take my tips! Buy Your Clothes from the high street shops, nobody will ever know! Team them up with the hottest pair of Designer Sunglasses and a big name Designer Handbag and off you go. The Designer Sunglasses and Designer Bag will turn you into a Designer Diva! Just without the enormous debt!
